If you have a special event coming up, Amelia's can help make it memorable with our catering services. We offer Food Cart service and have a special menu available just for you. Or, our Taco Bar is also available and can offer your guests our delicious tacos to enjoy.
Amelia's Catering Options
We offer 2 distinct ways to make your next private or corporate event special. Choose from either our Food Cart, where we bring our cart to your location and prepare the following menu for your guests, or our Taco Bar that focuses on one of our most popular menu items. Food Cart
Requirements:
• Minimum of 60 people
• Possible travel fee if located oursie of Portland Metro area
• Food Cart travel fee dependent on location, please contact us to discuss
• Pricing to be negotiated with customer, please contact us
Taco Bar
Menu:
• 3 tacos per person (Carne Asada/Al Pastor/Carnitas/Veggie/Pollo)
• Rice & Beans included for each person
• Condiments: Onions, cilantro, limes, and radishes
• Red & green salsas available to everyone
• Chips & salsa de molcajete
Requirements:
• Minimum 50 people
• Possible travel fee if located outside Portland Metro area
• Delivery/set-up fee to be negotiated depending on distance
• All pricing to be negotiated with customer depending on needs. Please contact us.
Deposits/Fees:
• $15 per person
• $100 deposit for chafing dishes/utensils.
• Deposit not refundable if items are missing.
*Please note - we also do bars for Tamales, Chile Rellenos, Enchiladas, Bowls, and Nachos.
